I decided to quit the Leanness Lifestyle club. I still really believe in the plan, but my year membership was coming up and I didn't want to have to start
paying monthly for access to the website. I think I can do it on my own by counting calories and watching my ratios, and of course exercising. I found a
great website: thedailyplate.com that will help me track my calories and carb, protein, and fat grams. It also has a
calculator that will tell you how many calories you should be eating, according to what your weightloss goal is.
